Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of working with mid-market and global enterprise corporations while pioneering the CPQ space. If you're unfamiliar with CPQ, shoot me a note—I’d be happy to explain why it's essential for any company. In 2017, I sold my CPQ SaaS company to a Price Optimization market leader. Throughout my career, I've partnered with best-in-class companies to achieve strong growth and have seen others miss the mark. I've learned what it takes to achieve double and triple-digit profitable growth. There are no shortcuts and it's not guesswork. It requires bold, committed, cohesive leadership, ongoing investment in modern AI technology, expert implementation, and a commitment to change management.
This site provides me with an opportunity to give back to the market that has been so good to me. It's a platform to share highlights of my journey over the past 20 years—from my humble pursuit of an entrepreneurial venture in 2000, to market creation, growth and setbacks, to a successful exit and integration of my company. I've had the good fortune of working with and serving some of the best-run companies in the world. I've worked side by side with dynamic leaders in the C-Suite, strong managers and directors, as well as individual contributors on the front lines. I've worked with my customers' customers as well as their partners, all in the pursuit of helping them become easier to do business with. I've helped them connect to the modern buying process that their customers demand, and I've helped them achieve significant top and bottom line financial results in the process.
We live in a time that is both exciting and extremely challenging for companies. Business models that were highly successful just a few short years ago pose risks for where your customers are going. Becoming "easier" means a philosophical shift in "control" and a strong belief that your products and services are the best on the market.
